White Tea
White tea is harvested earlier than other teas. When the leaves are still young, they are covered in fine white hair, thus the name "white tea!" White tea is minimally processed, and both the leaves and flower buds are used to make the tea. White tea is lighter than other teas, and slightly sweet. It lacks the boldness of black tea and grassy flavor of green tea. Some note different hints in the flavor: floral, fruity, vegetal, spicey. If you brew it properly, it lacks bitterness and an after taste.
