Ahhhh... Fall! Warm sweaters, comfy jeans, cozy sweatshirts, cider mills, bonfires, tailgate parties, back road drives for color tours. These scones are perfect with a cup of tea. On a chilly rainy day as such, its nice to have the oven going! They leave the whole house smelling amazing!!!
Pumpkin Spice Scones
3 cups flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
5 t baking powder
1/2 t Himalayan salt
3/4 cup coconut oil or butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 can pumpkin paste

2 cup dry oatmeal flakes
1 cup dried cranberries (optional)
1 cup walnuts (optional)
Bake 400 degrees 15-20 minutes.
How to instructions-
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl
combine bowls and mix well. If you have a child who loves slime, They would be thrilled to help you mix this with their hands 😁It gets pretty tough, so hands are a recommended a tool!
Dump dough onto floured surface. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness
Cut into squares, wedge, hearts, -any shape you please.
Put on greased baking sheet. Cook 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
